Prepared Lemonade – You can use store-bought regular lemonade or homemade lemonade in this recipe. I personally prefer a sugar-free version for this.

Water – Adding water to the mixture is ideal for hydration purposes. If you don’t want to heat water in the microwave, simply make this honey citrus mint tea with hot water from the kettle. You can also use distilled water in this tea recipe.

Teavana Peach Tranquility Tea – Using this flavorful herbal tea to add hints of peach flavoring to the mixture is a must.

Teavana Jade Citrus Mint – The light hint of mint adds a special touch to this drink.

Honey – Not only does honey make this hot tea naturally a bit sweet, but it’s also great for fighting cough and breaking up mucus.

Peppermint extract – Use this if you desire a stronger mint taste.

Sliced lemon– Be sure to use a fresh lemon for this recipe.
