How to Store Puff Pastry Turnovers
When making savory puff pastry turnovers, you can make an extra batch and freeze it for days when you don’t feel like cooking but still want to eat something yummy. Place the unbaked savory turnovers on a tray and stick them in the freezer. Let them freeze solid, then transfer them to a zip lock bag or an airtight container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. When you’re ready to bake them, preheat the oven to 350 °F and place them into the oven and bake until they are fluffy and golden. It usually takes around 35-40 mins.
