Life with a toddler and a baby has been interesting to say the least! The days have been super busy and it has been an adjustment for all of us – a great one -but still, an adjustment. I’m learning how to balance it all and that sometimes, I can’t really do it all. Some days that means that dinner slips through the cracks and we order pizza. Ok, this actually happens a lot. The fact that pizza is so easy to order and have delivered, plus it’s one of the ways I can sneak a little bit of veggies into Levi’s diet, makes it my ‘go-to’ when it’s been a crazy day. I’m trying to do better with meal planning and prep, while still making delicious meals for the family. This spicy stuffed pizza bread is one of my latest ‘go-to’ meals and it’s SO delicious! It’s really not that spicy, and you can switch up the pepperoni with any other pizza topping that you like!
