This super easy recipe is a fun breakfast for the whole family – Chef Mickey’s Breakfast Pizza! Inspired by the famous dish served at Chef Mickey’s restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, this cheesy, egg breakfast pizza is sure to add a little magic to your morning.

What other toppings can be added? 

If you’re not a fan of bacon, feel free to switch it out for sausage or ham. Make it vegetarian and top your pizza with bell peppers or mushrooms. Anything goes and you can be creative with it! 

Can this be made gluten-free or keto-friendly? 

Yes! Just be sure to use a pre-cooked gluten-free pizza shell or cauliflower pizza shell. 

How do you store leftovers? 

This is best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

What you need to make this:

  • Pre – cooked pizza crust (I used a 12 inch) 
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped (Optional) 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

To make Chef Mickey’s Breakfast:

  • Whisk together ingredients
  • Pour mixture into the crust and top with whatever you want!
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pre – cooked pizza crust (I used a 12 inch)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in bacon pieces.  Place pizza crust onto a baking sheet. 
  3. Pour egg mixture into the crust and top with cheeses.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve. 
  6. This is best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
