Frozen Olaf Dessert Cups

Perfect for those Frozen fans, these cute Olaf dessert cups are so fun and easy to make!
My kids are big fans of the Disney Frozen. Honestly, the whole family is. When we get ready to watch the movie on our family movie night, popcorn and other healthy snacks make the “must have list”.
These cute jello cups are perfect to get into the “spirit of things”. They are easy enough to make for a classroom party, or birthday party as well.

Although we love the main characters, Anna and Kristoff, Elsa, and the rest, Olaf is our favorite. He’s cute, cuddly, and loads of comic relief. Good times and warm hugs, right?
What exactly goes into these Frozen dessert cups?
The ingredients are simple. Berry Blue Jell-O, unflavored gelatin, condensed milk, and whipped cream. (affiliate links) You can purchase these items easily at any local grocery store, too. You can also find vegan unflavored gelatin here. To make the blue layer vegan, add juice to the unflavored gelatin instead of water. Grape juice will not be as blue, but will have a similar effect.

How do I put this Frozen dessert together?
Simply start with the blue jello by adding the 2/3 cup of boiling water, and allowing it to dissolve. Pour into the shot glasses, or smaller cups and allow the jello mixture layers to set.
Add the unflavored gelatin, cold water, and condensed milk and stir to combine. Pour over the blue layer of jello and allow to set. Add remaining blue jello on top.
Top with whipped cream, or cool whip if you want, and Olaf decorations, and you have one of the cutest dessert recipes ready to go! Store in the fridge until serving time, and eat within 2-3 days.
