Cinnamon tortilla chips have met their match with this 5 minute fruit dip with greek yogurt. This easy dip is made with Greek yogurt and delicious fruit pieces. It only takes 5 minutes to make this fruit dip and it is the perfect snack for your next party!

Fall is by far my favorite season of the year: cooler weather, sweaters, football and of course: holiday parties. Each year, we tend to host several family and friend parties at our home for various occasions during the fall and winter months.

If you are like me and you host parties often, you understand what I mean when I say that I hate spending most of my ‘party time’ in the kitchen cooking!

I have a few ‘go-to’ recipes that I have developed over the years that are not only easy to prep ahead of time, but are also crowd-pleasers. One of my favorite go-to recipes is this easy yogurt fruit dip recipe with homemade cinnamon tortilla chips.

You can serve these as either an appetizer or a healthy dessert option!

Although most fruit dips are simple to make, this one is super easy and only requires 5 minutes of prep time! It isn’t a traditional smooth fruit dip recipe, because I like my fruit dips to have a little bit of texture.

This 5 minute fruit dip recipe is made with fresh diced fruit, yogurt and a touch of cinnamon. The combination of these ingredients results in the perfect ready to scoop, slightly sweet fruit dip!

I typically make this yogurt fruit dip using diced apples and peaches, but you can make it more of summer fruit dip with peaches, diced strawberries and raspberries.

It’s a yummy treat all year round!

While the fruit dip is chilling in the fridge (or while you are setting up for your party), make the cinnamon tortilla chips that go perfectly with this healthy dip recipe!

Simply slice a single layer of flour tortillas into triangles and brush each triangle with the reserved fruit juice, sugar and cinnamon.

I love that there’s no oil or frying required for these cinnamon tortilla chips! You can make these tortilla chips up to 3 days in advance, just store them in an airtight container until party time!

I hope you try this quick and easy fruit dip & cinnamon dipping chips recipe for your next party or movie night!

Fruit Dip With Greek Yogurt Ingredients & Substitutions:

Can of Luck's Fruit on a white plate with cinnamon tortilla chips.

For The Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Flour Tortillas – Use gluten-free tortillas for those with gluten sensitivities.

Canned fruit juice – I’ve used the juice drained from the cans of Luck’s Fruit.

Ground Cinnamon– As with any spice, check your expiration date! Expired spices can really mess up the flavor of any dish.

For The Dip

Canned fruit – I’ve used cans of Luck’s Fruit, drained and diced (the Fried Apples and Fried Peaches). You can use any brand or type of fruit though that you want. Feel free to get creative based on the occasion you are making this dip for.

Plain Greek Yogurt – You can also use vanilla Greek yogurt. Cool Whip can also be added for a sweet taste. Dairy-free alternatives can be used.

What fruits go well with yogurt?

Use your favorite fruits, such as fresh strawberries, banana slices, apple slices, kiwis, raspberries, mango, blueberries, blackberries, and orange.

What else can I add to this healthy fruit dip?

Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla pudding mix, orange zest, lemon zest, fresh mint, sour cream, strawberry jam, or vanilla protein powder.

How do you thicken this creamy yogurt fruit dip recipe?

If you’d like a thicker dip, add Cool Whip, cream cheese, or double cream yogurt instead of regular yogurt.

This dip contains some healthy ingredients, such as fresh fruit and Greek yogurt. That said, the canned fruit and fruit juice add a high amount of sugar, which can make this dip unhealthy when consumed in larger quantities.
