Are you homeschooling your kids? Maybe you just want to monitor what they are watching when they have screen time. These educational YouTube channels are sure to not only entertain your kids but also educate them!
Before 2020 started, we had already made the decision to homeschool our kids. In fact, we made that decision right after Levi was born. While I won’t go into “why” we decided to homeschool, I am still confident today that it is the absolute best decision for our family and our children.
Now that Levi is in pre-K we are focusing more on a school routine daily. No, we don’t sit down and teach him for hours on end but we do have a set school time daily and when he is having screen time, we ensure that what he is watching is educational.
If you’re new to homeschooling or struggling to get into a routine, I want to encourage you to give yourself (and your kids) grace!! It’s ok to allow them educational screen time if you need to shower or just need a quick break. It’s ok to reach out for help. In fact..I encourage it! I hope this list is somewhat helpful to you! YouTube is a great place to find educational shows for kids and the best part is, there is a variety of them for all ages!
