Enjoy a lazy Sunday morning breakfast with these sweet and easy cinnamon rolls and a hot cup of coffee or tea!
I love a lazy weekend, don’t you? Time spent just unwinding and chilling, with a hot cup of coffee and a slower pace. We are able to recharge when the kids can just play, and time is spent in jammies longer.
When you need a slower pace and a reason to enjoy just BEING, make a batch of these easy cinnamon rolls. They are ready start to finish in less than 30 minutes, and are perfect for that weekend cup of coffee.
What kind of frosting is on top of these?
I used a can of cream cheese frosting, found in the baking and cake mix aisle of your grocery store. If you are feeling more adventerous or up to the task, you can make your own frosting.
To make your own cream cheese frosting, simply combine 4 ounces cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter. Beat until fluffy, then add in 4 cups of powdered sugar and 1-2 Tablespoons heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.
Ingredients you need:
- All purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Salt
- Active Yeast
- Egg
