Visit Disney and Stay at The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs™ Resort Area

We had the BEST time in Florida last week! I’m sad our trip is over, but have loved looking through all of our photos and reliving all of our memories! As promised, I will be detailing all about our trip in several blog posts and today is the first post detailing our stop in Orlando!

The first night we arrived, we arrived to our hotel late at night (think midnight). If you’ve ever traveled much and arrived to a hotel late, you know-it’s usually a ghost town with some guest services rep that really doesn’t want to deal with you. At least, that’s been my previous experience. When we arrived The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs™ Resort Area, I was so pleased to be greeted by a friendly and helpful valet attendant. He was so happy and you could tell really enjoyed being there. Once we went inside the hotel, the guest services staff was amazing! Even though there were a few other people in line in front of us, they got us all checked in very quickly. We were greeted with smiles and you could tell-they were happy we were there, even if it was midnight.

Let’s chat about the room. First, it is GORGEOUS! The deep blue accent wall with colorful art is perfect for the happiest place on earth! The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom (you all know how much I love a gorgeous bathroom) was amazing!

The best part of the room was our view! We had a gorgeous view of the Disney Springs area and could even see Epcot! On our last night, I was dying to see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom but we ran out of time to head over there. To my surprise we were able to see multiple fireworks shows from the comfort of our room. Talk about a wonderful surprise!

In addition to the gorgeous rooms and friendly staff, the hotel has amazing amenities. Including:

• Continuous shuttle transportation to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks (included in daily resort fee)- this was a lifesaver for us!!
• Oasis Aquatic Pool Area featuring Oasis Bar & Grill and aquatic playground
• Disney Character Breakfast with Goofy and Pluto
• Lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court and basketball court
• On-site Disney gift store, guest services desk, valet parking, bellman services and car rental desk
