Best Rides at Magic Kingdom for Families

Pirates of the Caribbean –  This family favorite has been around since the park opened and takes guests on a thrilling boat ride through pirate history.

Splash Mountain is another fun boat ride that’s perfect for all ages. Whether you’re riding in boats or big canoes, it’s great for kids and adults alike with lots of laughs and thrills along the way! And you may get soaked during the journey.

Space Mountain is perfect for thrill seekers! It’s a pretty intense roller coaster that features speeds of up to 28 miles per hour. Although, it’s dark so you won’t really know how fast you’re going until you feel the wind on your face!

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin lets guests feel like they are part of the movie Toy Story. The ride seats two guests and provides shooters you can use to collect points and defeat the evil Zurg.

Peter Pan’s Flight is definitely one of the most popular rides in the park. You’ll fly with Peter through Never Land with Tinkerbell by your side. It’s a cute ride for little ones, but be aware that it is rather short and the line is usually pretty long.

Haunted Mansion is perfect for anyone who loves the thrill of being spooked. The ride takes guests into the home of 999 happy haunts with eerie adventures along the way.

Whether your family is into Magic Kingdom rides that make you scream or prefer a fun sing-along show, there’s something for everyone at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.
