Baked Strawberry Pie
- 3 cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- ⅓ cup Water
- 1 Small Box Strawberry Gelatin
- 1/9 " Pie Crust
- Dark Blue Sprinkles for Topping
- Whipped Topping If You Prefer
Set aside 1/2 cup of strawberries to use as topping
Mix Remaining Strawberries, Sugar, Cornstarch, Water and Gelatin Together
Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes
Add filling to unbaked pie crust
Bake pie crust according to package instructions (with filling in it)
Remove from oven
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Overnight is preferred.
