Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz package dry ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked

Instructions

  1. Chop bacon into ½-1 inch pieces, and cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until done.
  2. Scoop bacon out onto a plate lined with a paper towel, and blot the grease with more paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch seasoning, stir very well.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, and spread ¼ of cream cheese mixture on the entire tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese on the entire tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle ¼ of the bacon pieces on the entire tortilla.
  7. Roll the tortilla up, and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 until you have filled all 4 tortillas.
  9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into 1-2 inch sections.
  10. Set pinwheels upright, and form into circles.
  11. Chill until ready to serve.
