This is a sponsored post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
If you are planning a Girls’ Weekend and aren’t sure where you want to go, let me suggest Nasvhille, TN. I have lived in East TN for years and have never visited Nashville until recently. I had no idea what I was missing! What a fun place. Filled with not only country music history, but amazing restaurants, beautiful resorts, sweet people and some of the best shopping in the US!
The Ultimate Nashville Girls’ Getaway Guide
Stay: Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center
My first impression of the Resort was complete overwhelm. In a good way. I felt like if I blinked I would miss something. From the art work, exquisite fixtures, and breathtaking gardens- there is so much to take in. You truly feel like you have stepped into another world when you arrive at the Resort. There are gorgeous water features throughout the entire hotel and even an opportunity to take a Delta Riverboat Tour through some of those water features while you are there. Read More About Our Stay here.
Getting There: 2017 Prius Prime Advanced
It was not only a cute car, but it was perfect for a girls’ weekend getaway! You all know how much I love Toyota and their products, so when we were given the opportunity to take the new 2017 Prius Prime Advanced for a spin, I was so excited! Read More Here.
Dining: So Many Amazing Options!
From all of the delicious options inside of the Gaylord Opryland Resort, to all of the options within Nasvhille itself, you could spend your entire getaway eating delicious food and never get bored.
I also highly recommend visiting Aquarium in Nashville. You are seated around a 200.000 gallon tank to dine and it’s a one of a kind experience! Not only is the atmosphere wonderful for the entire family, the food is so delicious. I had the crab cake and it was the best crab cake I have ever had-I highly recommend it! Our experience at Aquarium in Nasvhille was amazing!
Shop: Opry Mills Mall
Before we headed to Nashville, I knew that I didn’t want a weekend filled with running here and there trying to see everything. I wanted a relaxing, fun, girl’s weekend. We ate delicious food, got massages, saw the Opry and of course…no girls’ weekend is complete without shopping. Before we went to the Opry on Saturday night, we headed out to Opry Mills Mall. Read more about our experience here.
Play: The Grand Ole Opry
You really can’t think of Nasvhille without thinking of the Grand Ole Opry. Visiting it has been on my bucket list for a long time, so to be able to finally experience it was a dream come true. It was one of the highlights of our trip! I am so thankful that I was able to share that experience with my mom, and I cannot wait to go back. If you are in Nashville, seeing the Grand Ole Opry is a MUST!
Most of my clothes from our Nasvhille trip were from Lane Bryant . They have so many beautiful summer clothes that when mom and I started shopping for outfits for our trip, we knew that we had to head to Lane Bryant!
I really cannot wait to go back to Nashville, it is an amazing city and has so much to offer!
Hello neighbor! I have lived in East TN all my life too… With the exception of traveling a lot, that is where Home is. Nashville is a lovely place to visit and as you mentioned there are hundreds of things to do (the Mall is a w e s o m e) and places to eat. My favorite is The Loveless Café though. You have to try their biscuits.
On a side note, that Prius doesn’t look anything like the others I have seen. This one is actually pretty and has me interested in car shopping again.
Hi Neighbor! So awesome to see someone else in East TN! Yes, we wanted to visit Loveless Cafe but ran out of time- next time!!! I agree with you on the Prius-I was so impressed with it!
Aquarium in Nashville sounds like an amazing dining experience. I love fish and can see how being seated next to an aquarium can be a calming experience as you are trying to enjoy your meal.
It was so relaxing!
That all looks so amazing! Adding Nashville to our list of possible get away places! It looks like it was a blast!
Yes, it’s a beautiful place filled with tons of things to do!
Oh wow what an amazing place! A bit far for a girls weekend for me…but will add Nashville to my bucket list for sure! That resort looks gorgeous…and very jealous of your Kate Spade purchase!
Absolutely! It’s a must see!
I’ve been to Tennessee several times, but never Nashville. I’ve driven through several times on our way to Indiana. It looks like a great destination!
We are headed to Nashville in November, so I pinned your post for future reference. It looks like you had a grand time!
Let me know how your trip is!!
I live so close by in Raleigh! I’ve honestly looked over Nashville, but I might have to swing by!
We used to live in Charlotte, so Nashville isn’t too far from you at all!
Ah, Nashville. Such a great city with so much to explore. I haven’t done the Opryland area yet in my visits, but it’s definitely on the list. Perfect destination for a girls’ trip. 🙂
It’s a must see for sure!
This looks like the perfect girls weekend get away – Nashville has a little bit of everything and a whole lot of fun to be had!
Absolutely! It’s great for a fun weekend.
Seems like you had a fun trip. I love this city, it’s people, it’s music scene and just the feeling of being down south. You picked up some lovely outfits.
Me too! It’s a great place to be.
