I also love how convenient it is to use leftover rotisserie chicken, which saves time when you are looking for something quick. You can also use store-bought rotisserie chicken if you feel lazy or have too much on your plate.

I could eat this chicken salad every day for lunch and dinner. And the best part is you can serve it with different sides to make it more unique and fulfilling.

I love having it in a sandwich somedays; on other days, I would serve it with a side of crackers. The crunch of crackers and the creaminess of the salad provide your taste buds with a heavenly experience.

Can You Freeze Rotisserie Chicken Salad?

You can freeze rotisserie chicken for up to 3 months and use it as you need it in your chicken salad. The rotisserie chicken salad has some ingredients like mayonnaise which can change texture when frozen, so I don’t recommend freezing this salad. If you still want to freeze it, don’t add the mayo. Add the mayo after defrosting to avoid the texture and taste change.

How Long is Rotisserie Chicken Salad Good?

The great thing about rotisserie chicken salad is that you can make it ahead of time because it stays good for 3-5 days in the refrigerator. I always make some extra and store it in an air-tight container so I can enjoy the leftover chicken salad after a day or two.

Remember to stir all the ingredients nicely when you are using it again.
