The Easiest Coconut Cake Recipe Ever

Over Thanksgiving, I decided to bite the bullet and make a coconut cake for dessert.  

This is probably the easiest cake recipe on my blog, and it is so delicious.

Ingredients

– White Cake Mix – Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk – Cream Of Coconut – Whipped Topping 16 oz – Shredded Coconut

Off-white Section Separator

Prepare Cake Mix According to Instructions on Box.

Step 1

Bake Cake Mix.

Step 2

Off-white Section Separator

Remove from Oven and poke holes all over the cake with a fork.

Step 3

Off-white Section Separator

Mix cream of coconut and Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk together in a bowl.
