Ingredients
– Box brownie mix – Egg – Coconut or vegetable oil – Water – Butter – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Heavy cream – Shredded coconut
Equipment you’ll need
– Green food coloring gel – Muffin pan – Muffin liners – Frosting tips – Frosting bags
Preheat oven, and prepare muffin pan.
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water, and stir well.
Step 2
Pour brownie batter into baking cups about ¾ of the way, then bake.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make the frosting by whipping butter, and adding in powdered sugar.
