Country Ham and Honey Biscuits

If you are looking for a delicious comfort food recipe, you’ve found it! If you are looking for a healthy recipe, this is probably not it. Just a small disclaimer there. Now, that being said, this is one of my new favorite recipes for special occasions. We recently visited the local farmer’s market and on a whim, my husband purchased a pack of North Carolina Country Ham and local honey. We didn’t have any original plan to use these two together for a recipe. The idea came later, after we were home, and let me tell you…best idea. Ever. This is a delicious recipe for the upcoming holidays or even a potluck. Warm, delicious, comfort food…country ham and honey biscuits.

Oh yum! We use the word biscuits to mean something else in Australia but despite that these look so tasty and I bet the ham and honey combination is delicious :)

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend :)
