September is here…and it’s officially pumpkin season (well, maybe not officially…but I am in the mood for pumpkin…who’s with me)? I had my first pumpkin spice latte this weekend, which really made me start thinking about fall. Even though it’s still 90 degrees here, I’m ready to put up fall decorations and start wearing sweaters. Fall truly is my most favorite time of year. If you are ready for pumpkin everything as much as I am, you won’t want to miss out on this 5 step pumpkin bread. Not only is is so easy, it’s SO delicious!
All you have to do is gather your ingredients, mix them, add to a loaf pan and voila! Delicious pumpkin bread. Even better, this recipe makes two loaf pans, so you can share one (if you like!).
5 Step Pumpkin Bread
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Large Eggs
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
