These Cookies and Cream Popsicles are a semi-healthy treat for the hottest days! It’s just as satisfying as my Cookies and Cream Cheesecake recipe.

Two Cookies and Cream Popsicles with pink and blue handles at its bases. The popsicles are placed in a small tin bucket that has toppled over.

I don’t know about you, but it’s been a HOT summer so far! Even though we live in the South, we still live in the mountains, so our summers are a bit milder than the rest of the South. This summer though, has been hotter than I remember it being in years past. We had days in the 90’s in early June which is NOT normal! During these hot days, I try to keep some of these fun snacks in the freezer on hand for our family.

Cookies and Cream Popsicles Ingredients and Substitutions

Vanilla Yogurt – I personally love Chobani! It’s so easy to grab it from the nearest Aldi in my area. There are options that has less sugar and Greek yogurt available too.

Almond Milk – Just like my favorite yogurt, I can easily grab this at Aldi. Almond Breeze is my favorite. If you don’t have access to almond milk, oat milk or even full-cream cow’s milk works amazingly as well.

Oreos – Aside from the classic, you can also opt for Oreos other flavors if you want to have variety. Not a fan of Oreos? You can also use chopped berries as substitute.

How to Make This Recipe

Making these Cookies and Cream Popsicles is easy and straightforward. Simply combine the liquid ingredients such as the yogurt, almond milk and vanilla in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Next, place the Oreos in a Ziploc bag. Crush them with a rolling pan or by your hands.

Combine the crushed Oreos with the blended yogurt and almond milk mix. Mix together by hand using a rubber spatula.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for several hours.

Serve and enjoy!

How to Store

The finished Cookies and Cream Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for about 3 months. Although I doubt it’ll be kept that long, in our house, everything was finished in one go!

Can I use fruit flavored yogurt for popsicles?

Yes you can! You can use strawberry or even blueberry flavored yogurt.

Can I use fresh fruits in popsicles?

Absolutely. I tried this recipe with berries and bananas, and they turned out just as amazing.
