Baked Strawberry Pie

Servings 8


  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • cup Water
  • 1 Small Box Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1/9 " Pie Crust
  • Dark Blue Sprinkles for Topping
  • Whipped Topping If You Prefer


  1. Set aside 1/2 cup of strawberries to use as topping

  2. Mix Remaining Strawberries, Sugar, Cornstarch, Water and Gelatin Together

  3. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes

  4. Add filling to unbaked pie crust

  5. Bake pie crust according to package instructions (with filling in it)

  6. Remove from oven

  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Overnight is preferred.
