Stewed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

  • 6 Diced Apples
  • 2 Cups Apple Juice
  • 1/4 Cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice your apples
  2. Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan
  3. Add apples and apple juice to melted butter
  4. Cook on high heat for 10-15 minutes
  5. Reduce heat to medium
  6. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar
  7. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours, slowly stirring
