Mix all ingredients except the chopped nuts and the 4 eggs.
Add the eggs, one-at-a-time to the mixture, mixing after each one.
Spray a pan with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts in the bottom of the pan.
Pour the cake mixture on top of the nuts and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool in the pan for 30 minutes before turning out on a plate
Top with confectioner sugar or a glaze of your choice.
