Famous Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 oz. fettuccine
  • 1 Cup White Wine for steaming chicken

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/2 tsp. sauteed garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Pasta

  1. Boil pasta in water for approx. 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
  2. Set aside

Chicken

  1. Mix together ingredients for marinade
  2. Marinade chicken overnight in refrigerator
  3. Place chicken in Bellini steam basket with marinade, 3 cups cold water and white wine
  4. Steam on speed 3 for approx 22 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
  5. *Note: You can also cook chicken on stove top or in slow cooker

Sauce

  1. Place all ingredients in Bellini
  2. Cook on speed 2 for approx. 18 minutes
  3. *Note: You can also cook sauce on stove top or in slow cooker
  4. Add pasta to sauce, mix together
  5. Top with chicken, a pinch of parsley (for presentation) and serve!
