Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium to Large Russet Potatoes
  • 4 Slices of Bacon
  • 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 2 Cups of water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and wash
  2. Dice potatoes into squares or smaller cubes, if you like
  3. Add potatoes to slow cooker
  4. Add water
  5. Cook potatoes on low heat in slow cooker for approximately 4-6 hours or until tender.
  6. Cook bacon, I cook mine on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove and add to a plate with a paper towel to soak up the grease.
  8. Drain potatoes
  9. Add milk, 1 cup of cheese, bacon, salt and pepper, stir.
  10. Cook on low for 2 hours
  11. Add remaining cheddar cheese to top and cook on high for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  12. Serve
