Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

  • Meatloaf:
  • 2 lb Ground Beef or ground meat of choice
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Topping Sauce:
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 5 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients for meatloaf in bowl
  3. Add meatloaf ingredients to greased muffin tin
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes
  5. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl
  6. Brush sauce on top of muffins
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
