Country Ham and Honey Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 Container Texas Style Refrigerated Biscuits usually 10 biscuits
  • 1 - 8 Oz Package Cured Country Ham
  • 4 - Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 2 - Tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Biscuits:
  2. Pre-heat Oven to Temperature Required for Biscuits
  3. Bake Biscuits According to Direction on Package
  4. Ham:
  5. Heat greased frying pan over medium heat
  6. Add slices of ham
  7. Fry each slice of ham until fully cooked (again, follow the directions on the package-ours had to be heated to a temperature of 350 degrees)
  8. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter
  9. Drizzle melted butter over biscuits after you remove from the oven
  10. Let biscuits cool for 5-10 minutes after drizzling them with melted butter
  11. Slice open biscuits
  12. Add 1-2 pieces of ham to each biscuit
  13. Drizzle a small amount of honey over ham
  14. Add top half of biscuit back
  15. Drizzle remaining amount of honey over the biscuits
  16. Enjoy!
