Weight Watchers Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits

Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits that are Weight Watchers friendly? Yes, please!! These are not only delicious, they are easy to make ahead!

We all want to stick to a healthy diet, but let’s be honest… we don’t LOVE to cook a healthy breakfast every morning. Sometimes we’re in a rush and just don’t have time.


– Flour – Yogurt – Salt – Garlic powder – Egg – Bacon – Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and yogurt until there's no crumbles left in the bottom of the bowl, sides of bowl are mostly “clean” and the dough looks well combined.

Lay out dough on floured surface. Pat out the dough until it's about ½ inch thickness. Using a biscuit cutter (sprayed for non stick cooking spray) cut out 9 biscuits.
