Spring Unicorn Cupcakes

Who doesn’t love unicorns? Sure, people say they are mythical and creations of our fantasies, but you know what? They don’t have to be!

Why not make your fantasy creature into reality by baking these magical and super cute Spring Unicorn cupcakes this season.

Ingredients

– French Vanilla cake mix – egg – softened unsalted sweet cream butter – whole milk – Funfetti Jimmy Sprinkle – unsalted sweet cream butter, softened – powdered sugar – heavy whipping cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 and line cupcake pan with the liner. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, milk, and mix until combined.

3. Mix in the sprinkles until combined. 4. Fill the cupcake liners 3⁄4 way full. 5. Bake in the oven for about 21 minute.

6. Pull out and place on the side to cool. 7. Using a standing mixer combine the butter, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and mix on medium speed until combined and smooth.
