Slow Cooker Sausage and Rice Casserole

This slow cooker sausage and rice casserole is a hit!

Ingredients

– mild sausage you can use hot if you prefer – White Rice Uncooked – Water – Salt – pepper – butter unsalted – Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup – onion

Step 1

Cook sausage and onion in slow cooker until sausage is browned (you can also cook on stove top if you prefer).

Boil 4 cups of water, add rice, reduce heat to simmer, cook until rice is cooked.

Combine cooked rice, sausage, salt, pepper, and cream of mushroom soup in slow cooker.
