I know, “Slow Cooker Fried Chicken” sounds like an oxymoron. But, let me tell you-it is amazingly delicious! I have never been able to perfect the crispy fried chicken that everyone here in the South loves…until now.
No more double breading it, using eggs and buttermilk–throw your chicken in the slow cooker and fry it quickly-voila! This was really one of those accidental recipes.
