Protein Bites with Peanut Butter

They are a great alternative to peanut butter cookies and are a healthy choice for an on-the-go breakfast or after school treat.

These little balls of peanut buttery goodness are packed with fiber, thanks to the addition of flax seed.

Ingredients:

-Peanut Butter -Ground Flax Seed -Vanilla extract -Almond extract -Steel Cut Oats

Instructions:

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.

 Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour take approx.1 Tbsp. and roll into a ball.

Continue until you have used all of the mixture Enjoy! 1-2 of these are the perfect morning snack!
