These little balls of peanut buttery goodness are packed with fiber, thanks to the addition of flax seed.

They are a great alternative to peanut butter cookies and are a healthy choice for an on-the-go breakfast or after school treat.

Ingredients

Creamy Peanut Butter Ground Flax Seed Vanilla extract Almond extract Steel Cut Oat

Off-white Section Separator

     Mix all ingredients together.   Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.

Step 1 & 2

     Mix all ingredients together.   Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.

 Take approx.1 Tbsp. and roll into a ball.     Continue until you have used all of the mixture.
