Mini Sourdough Cinnamon Roll

Mini Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls are small, flavorful pastries made from sourdough rolled with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture.

– Salted butter – Unbleached all purpose flour – Active, bubbly starter – Salt – Milk – Vanilla

Start by making the sourdough cinnamon roll dough. Once formed, cover with a damp towel and let it rest on the counter for 8-10 hours.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and roll. Brush the top of the dough with the melted butter. Spread the brown sugar on top of the dough.

Sprinkle the cinnamon across the entire surface of the dough. Then roll the dough into a tube.

Let the dough rest on the counter for 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2" portions. Place in a lightly greased 9x11" baking dish.
