Preheat The Oven And Prep Fries

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until they’re golden brown and crispy. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly on top.

Bake The Fries Then Top With Cheese

Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Melt The Cheese

Once out of the oven, top with the crumbled bacon and drizzle sour cream over the fries. Finally, sprinkle with sliced green onions.
