Frozen Chocolate

Hello warmer weather! Sunny skies not only means fun outdoor adventures, it also means delicious frozen treats!

Celebrate the beautiful weather with these easy to make and healthy chocolate covered bananas.


– Bananas  – Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola  – Dark chocolate chips or shards  – Popsicle sticks

Step 1


Peel, cut bananas in half crosswise and insert Popsicle sticks. Place on a parchment-lined tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 3 hours.

Step 2

Place Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola into a shallow dish. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over slightly simmering water, over low heat, constantly stirring.

Step 3

Dip each banana into the chocolate and roll in the granola straightaway. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
