Easy Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls

These easy cheddar bay sausage balls are super simple to make and only take under 20 minutes in the oven. While I like to use my stand mixer, you can 100% use your hands to mix this recipe.


- Ground pork sausage  - Pimento or Palmetto cheese  - Red Lobster biscuit mix

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.


In a stand mixer or by hand, combine the sausage, baking mix, and cheese until well blended.


Scoop dough into 1 to 2 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Space the sausage balls about 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.


Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until browned. Remove the sausage balls and allow them to cool on a wire rack. For best results, serve immediately.
