Delicious Peanut Butter Protein Bites

One of my favorite healthy snack recipes are these peanut butter protein bites. They are a great alternative to peanut butter cookies and are a healthy choice for an on-the-go breakfast.


– 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter – 1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seed – 1 tsp. vanilla extract – 1 Tbsp. almond extract – 1 Cup Steel Cut Oat

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2

Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.

Step 3

Take approx. 1 Tbsp. and roll into a ball.

Step 4

Continue until you have used all of the mixture.
