- Unsalted sweet cream butter  - Granulated sugar   - Eggs  - Freshly grated lime zest - Fresh lime key juice

Preheat oven to 350 degree.


Prep loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.


Add butter, sugar, and eggs to a large mixing bowl. With an electric mixer cream the butter, sugar and eggs together until it becomes a light color and the mixture is fluffy.


Continue to blend while adding in the lime juice, zest and vanilla. Set aside.
