This super easy recipe is a fun breakfast for the whole family – Chef Mickey’s Breakfast Pizza! Inspired by the famous dish served at Chef Mickey’s restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
What other toppings can be added?
Feel free to switch it out for sausage or ham. Make it vegetarian and top your pizza with bell peppers or mushrooms.
– Pre – cooked pizza crust – egg – cup heavy cream – cup shredded mozzarella cheese – cup shredded provolone cheese – cup shredded cheddar cheese – strips of bacon, cooked and chopped (Optional) – Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375ºF
In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in bacon pieces.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
Cut into wedges and serve.
