Skinny Watermelon Basil Cooler
Last Updated on January 22, 2024 by Allison Lancaster
Is it just me or has the weather been crazy lately? We had snow on the ground just a few weeks ago, but this week? The temperatures have been in the upper 60’s and next week it’s supposed to be close to 80 degrees- which is insane for this time of year! I think we can all agree that with warmer weather, comes delicious fruit and drinks. This skinny watermelon basil cooler is one of my favorite summer drink recipes!
Ingredients:
1 bottle of chilled TEN Spring Water (available at all Publix Super Markets and Amazon.com)
6 small cubes of fresh watermelon
3 basil leaves
Sugar (for rim)
Directions:
After removing basil leaves from their stem, tear them into several small pieces.
Gently moisten the rim of a glass and dip it onto a plate to create a sugar rim.
Place the torn basil leaves into the glass along with the six small cubes of watermelon and pour chilled TEN Spring Water, until the glass is full.
Garnish with a basil leaf and enjoy!
