Storing leftover no knead dinner rolls is super easy. All you’ll need is a Ziplock or an airtight container. They can stay at room temperature on your counter for two to three days. If you want to throw them in the fridge, you can do that too. They will last for about a week.

Can I Freeze My No Knead Dinner Rolls?

You can definitely freeze your rolls and warm them up later.

Before placing them in a freezer bag, let them cool completely. You can keep them in your freezer for up to three months.

When you’re ready to eat them, place them on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven at 350 F for about 5 minutes.

How Can I Make My Rolls Gluten-Free?

You can, and it’s super easy. Just switch your flour to your favorite gluten-free flour, and that’s it.

Keep in mind that using gluten-free flour may make your rolls a little less fluffy than normal, but don’t worry, they’re still delicious!

Pro Tips:

  • Be sure to measure the flour correctly. Many people don’t know how to properly measure flour, so you’re not alone! Instead of scooping the flour straight out of the package, spoon your flour from the container into your measuring cup. If you scoop it, you will end up with hard dinner rolls.
  • I recommend using a ceramic or glass baking dish. I have found that metal baking pans allow your rolls to burn easier.
  • Allow your dough to rise in a warm place. Don’t put your dough in the fridge as it will not proof properly.
