You all know how much I love having my brother, Chris post here on the blog. He’s a certified culinarian and makes the most delicious recipes. I love his creativity in the kitchen and this recipe that he’s sharing with us today is no different! It makes use of leftovers (which I love) and is a delicious, Southern classic side dish for any meal. This fried mac and cheese would also be a perfect appetizer for the holidays or any other occasion!
