Father’s Day is coming up soon! If you’re like me, you are struggling for an original, fun and useful gift. I struggled with finding something special for my husband for his first Father’s Day. Here’s a secret about him: he loves to dress in clothes that match our little one…especially on Sunday’s for church. With that in mind, I started looking for something that was unique but meaningful to him. These matching father and son bow ties are the answer. If the dad in your life is like mine, he may not be sure how to even tie a bow tie. Well, Jane at Fresh Knot Bow even takes care of that! She sent these already tied…another plus of ordering from her shop!
I ran across Jane and Fresh Knot Bow while I was cruising around Instagram one night. I instantly fell in love with her story and her products. Jane resides in Charlotte, where I am originally from, so I instantly felt a connection with her. She is the sweetest momma. When these matching bow ties arrived, they came with a handwritten note from Jane herself. She loves what she does, and it shows! The care, time and hard work that she put into making these bow ties really does show through in the craftsmanship and quality.
I love these, they are such a cute gift for any dad and son, and my hubby is now a believer in how good a bow tie can make a man (and boy) look!
I received products from Fresh Knot Bow to review for this post. All opinions are 100% mine and in my own words.
Check out how cute my matching hubby and son look in these…
I seriously LOVE the bow ties. If I thought I could get my almost 6 yr old to wear one I would get my guys matching bow ties. Super cute pictures!
I do too! They are so classy and timeless!!
Your son is precious especially in that photo with the little sweater and black bow tie at the end. I think it’s so sweet that your husband like to match is son for church on Sunday. Those bow ties are so nice.
Thank you! It melts my heart, he tries to be ‘slick’ and say “what’s he wearing to church”, but really I just know he is going to pick out something he has to match 😉
That is such a cute idea! Your son is absolutely adorable with the bow tie! I used to love dressing my son up like that when he was little. He’s not so enthusiastic about it now that he’s 10, lol.
Thank you! I am taking full advantage of it now, I know one day he will be a jeans and t-shirt boy and won’t let momma dress him like this!
That is quite a cute idea! Yes, do take advantage of his inability to say no–or rip it off too much–soon enough, he won’t allow it!
I agree! He has already started trying to break out of his car seat…he will be pulling clothes off soon enough I am sure!
The bow tie is adorable – and so is the baby and the husband 🙂
Thank you!! I agree, although I am biased!
These are so cute!
The dress alike is such a cute idea!!!
Thank you!!
It’s so adorable to see dads and their babies with matching clothes. What a thoughtful gift! Awesome choice, the color is perfect for the both of them too. That’s really cute.
I loved the color too! So perfect for all seasons!
I love the matching bow tie, I like getting my hubby and son dressed up with matching outfits. I think it’s really cute.
I agree–melts my heart!
I love the bow ties! Happy Early Father’s Day to your husband! Enjoy the day! Great post!
Thank you!!
Bow ties sure are making a come back. And on little ones they are just adorable! Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely adorable. How fun you could get one that matched. I’ve never come across this product but I have three grandsons so I’ll check it out. Happy First Father’s Day to your husband! 32 years ago my husband had his first. (I got him a cross pen engraved with Daddy and he still has it.) Tonight our daughters are taking him out to eat and then to a Martin’s concert. Daddies are special!
Yes, they would be perfect for your grandsons! She has so many cute colors/patterns! The cross pen sounds like such a special gift!!
There seem to be a revival of interest in men’s grooming of this nature so your post is most timely! 🙂
What an awesome idea for fathers day! I just got into wearing bow ties, and will totally use this idea! Thanks for sharing!
