It’s officially Fall! Fall is by far my favorite season of the year: cooler weather, sweaters, football and of course: holiday parties. Each year, we tend to host several family and friend parties at our home for various occasions during the fall and winter months. If you are like me and you host parties often, you understand what I mean when I say that I hate spending most of my ‘party time’ in the kitchen cooking! I have a few ‘go-to’ recipes that I have developed over the years that are not only easy to prep ahead of time, but are crowd pleasers. One of my favorite recipes is my 5 Minute Fruit Dip and Cinnamon Tortilla Chips. You can serve these as either an appetizer or a dessert!

 Cinnamon Tortilla Chips:

10- 8” Flour Tortillas

1 Cup of Fruit Juice Drained from Luck’s Fruit

¼ Cup of Ground Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Cut Tortillas into ‘chips’

Add ‘chips’ to a greased baking sheet and brush with fruit juice reserved from drained fruit

Sprinkle chips with cinnamon (you can run the brush back over them to even out the cinnamon a bit)

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until ‘crispy’

Remove from baking sheet and let cool

5 Minute Fruit Dip

2 Cans of Luck’s Fruit, Drained and Diced (I used the Fried Apples and Fried Peaches)

1 Banana, Peeled and Diced

10 Strawberries, Diced

¼ Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt

½ tsp. Cinnamon

Dice All Fruit and Mix Together

Add Greek Yogurt and Cinnamon, Stir

Chill for 30-45 minutes or until ready to serve

Not only is this a delicious and colorful dish, it’s the perfect twist on classic Southern ingredients. With Luck’s fried apples and peaches, this is an easy dish to prep and I don’t have to worry about the ingredients I am using. Luck’s has been producing high quality beans and fried peaches since 1947! In addition to this delicious fruit dip, there are so many different recipes that you can create using Luck’s products, for more recipe ideas you can visit: http://bit.ly/2vL9Yws

You can also find Luck’s at your local store, if you are like me and like to save money,  here’s a coupon for you!

Instagram post 18118155676059344 This recipe was one of my 'reader favorites' from last year and it's still one of the popular posts this year...this Christmas Cookie Cake is a fun spin on Christmas cookies and it’s toddler friendly! It’s easy to decorate, and it’s large enough that they don’t get frustrated by not getting sprinkles ON the cookie. Mom win! 🎄
