Is it just me or does it seem like everyone is pregnant this time of year? There must be something in the water! Although I’m not pregnant this year, I was last year…and one thing that I spent a lot of time on during my pregnancy was our baby registry. I spent time adding, removing and editing items almost daily. As a first time mom, I had no clue what I needed and what I would actually use. I had some wonderful mommas in my corner who gave me great advice, but each baby is different. Some items we have used a lot, other items are still in the box in the closet.

I am excited to share with you my favorite Baby Registry Must Haves:

BabyTime App. I wish I had known about this app sooner! As a new mom, I struggled to track our little one’s activities-it was stressful! This baby tracking app helps keep track of baby’s activities and even allows you to share information with caregivers. No more paper lists or trying to remember all of those important details that are so easy to forget as a new mom!

Oemi Baby Diaper Bag. You all know how much I love my Oemi Baby Bags. They are THE best, in my opinion. They are high quality, large enough to carry everything that you need to carry, fashionable and have so many pockets and compartments-you can actually stay organized as a new mom.

Chicco Next Fit Zip Car Seat. This is by far, my favorite convertible car seat. It’s high quality, has a washable cover and works for your newborn or your toddler. It is also the easiest car seat we have ever installed-so easy that I can even install it (which says a lot!).

Chicco NextFit Zip Car Seat Review

Binxy Baby Shopping Cart Hammock. Shopping with our infant was one of the most difficult struggles for me. I was too paranoid to put him in the shopping car itself (germs), too paranoid to sit the car seat on top of the cart (a huge safety NO NO) and it’s almost pointless to put the baby carrier inside of the car (let’s face it-there isn’t even enough room for a gallon of milk at that point). The Binxy Baby Shopping Cart Hammock is the answer to a new momma’s prayers. It allows you to shop with your little one, stress free. The hammock holds your little one and it can even support the weight of a car seat!

Chicco Lullaby Glow PlayardThis is another item that grows with your baby. As a new mom, you will want your baby close. It makes feeding (and the little sleep you will get) much easier. It is a Newborn Napper, Bassinet, Playard and Changing Station. Seriously, if you only get one item to make your life easier as a new mom-this is it.

How to Be Successful as a Work at Home Mom

Diapers. This may sound like a ‘given’, but seriously-register for diapers. All sizes and register for more than you think you’ll ever use. Trust me…you’ll use them. Having a nice stash of diapers was a life saver for us the first few months with our little one. It was winter, he had been in the NICU and we didn’t leave the house except to go to dr. appointments. Not having to worry about if we had enough diapers was amazing!

Milestone Baby. The first year is filled with so many amazing milestones and firsts. I am a huge picture person and I love documenting all of those special moments with our little one. Milestone Baby’s Original Activity Cards are currently my favorite item. We are experiencing so many ‘firsts’ with our little one, and these cards are perfect for documenting each of those fun firsts.

Velcro Swaddles. These are again, a life saver during the blur that is the first few days and weeks after your little one arrives. No matter how many times they teach you, it’s almost impossible to swaddle your baby like the nurses in the hospital do. Velcro swaddles are the answer to the swaddle problem!

VuSee Monitor Mounts. These are amazing! First, installation is so easy. Second, you can actually see your one’s entire crib using these mounts. Now that our little one is moving around more -this gives me such a peace of mind. No matter where he is in his crib, I can see him!

Chicco Polly Progress Multichair. Again, Chicco saves the day. This multichair is amazing. It transitions from a newborn recliner all the way up to a youth stool. It’s durable, washable and a major space saver. It wins my award for best highchair this year!

Teaching Baby How to Self Feed

Ritzy Sitzy Shopping Cart & High Chair Cover. This is probably my favorite product for outings with baby at the moment. It comes in a cute little bag that you can throw over your shoulder and carry wherever you go. Since we all know that I’m a germaphobe-it’s no secret why I love this product. It protects our little one from germs, it’s cute and it even has loops for toys so that those don’t hit the floor while we are eating or shopping!

Any and everything Finn + Emma. This is my current favorite clothing brand for our little one. He has very sensitive skin, so I always worry about what’s in the clothes that I am putting on him. Finn + Emma’s clothes are made with G.O.T.S. certified organic cotton and non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes.  All of their products are organic and eco safe. I love how cute their clothes are and their toys are so unique and fun!

MAM Pacifiers. I know that everyone has an opinion about pacis, and I said I wouldn’t give our little one a paci, but when he was in the NICU and I couldn’t feed him-he needed something to soothe him. MAM Paci’s are the only paci he would ever take. I would recommend adding a least a few of these to your registry-even if you don’t use them, they are good to have on hand ‘just in case’!

Wipes. This is another one of those gifts that isn’t really ‘fun’. Trust me when I say, register for a ton of wipes! You will use them for everything once baby is here.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to before I had my first baby and get all the things I realized I needed but didn't know I needed, haha! One thing I did get was the velcro swaddlers--a total lifesaver and one of the only things that would soothe my colicy baby. p.s. Your diaper bag is really cute!

This a great list...Thank goodness for the diaper subscription on Amazon Prime, right?? It's so easy to overlook how many you will need, and I would always forget to order more until I decided to just have them delivered to my door the first of the month. Never regretted it!
